Traders & Exhibitors
Applications from businesses wanting to trade at the festival are welcomed. Please click on the Word document link provided at the bottom of this page to view or download a form to apply for a pitch.
Prices for non-catering pitches unless otherwise agreed are £175without electricity and £225 with electricity. the price includes VAT and two complementary weekend tickets. Free under 12 and camping tickets are also available and additional adult tickets may be bought. Catering pitches will benegotiated on an individual basis.
Complementary tickets and exhibitors' passes carry the same conditions as ordinary tickets. You can view these on the tickets page on this web site.
Categories of traders will be limited so as not to allow oversupply of any particular type and passes will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
Risk assessments and tent plans will need to be submitted where appropriate. All exhibitors will need to show evidence of public liability insurance. Caterers especially will need to pay special attention to Highland Council environmental health guidelines.
