The Tartan Heart festival has,in only two years become the highlight of our year.From the youngest to the oldest of the Banff lot we cant wait to see you all from the Thursday onwards.

am i going a wee bit strange or has martha wainright been removed from the line up, not a great fan of hers but her duet with snow patrol was excellent and i was looking forward to being converted!! Also am i the only to think that the wonderstuff would have been better second headliners on the sat, i am sure the tent will be jam packed.

The new line-up shows The View have been moved up to 2.35 at Hothouse stage on Sat, which was TUR's original slot.

Belladrum 2006

Brilliant! What a coup getting Arlo Guthrie. Orkestra del Sol and the Dangleberries were outstanding and kept so many people entertained. Not so muddy as last year, looking forward to 2007. The friendliest Festival, without a doubt.

I'd just like to say a very very big thank you to whoever found and handed in my black cord handbag (complete with all contents) hanging over the loo roll in the backstage portaloos. I can't thank you enough. Nice to know there are still honest people out there. Someone said it must be my good karma for handing in the two mobile phones i found. Anyone else have their ears opened by Morning Runner on Saturday or was it just me???? i have listened to many indie bands over the past few years but the sound these guys have put together is just that wee bit special, will the powers that be bring then back to the main stage next year???? time will tell.
