PLEASE NOTE THAT PURCHASE OF THIS TICKET
SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Under 18s: MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout their
stay at the event and may NOT bring alcohol into the camp site or festival
site, or consume alcohol. Maximum of 3 under 18s per adult will be admitted.
Proof of age will be required by gate staff, security, stewards and persons
serving alcohol so bring ID (go to www.citizencard.co.uk to
obtain proof-of-age ID).
- Right of Admission Reserved: The promoter (Belladrum Estate & Belladrum
Tartan Heart Festival) reserves the right to refuse admission to
ticket-holders or eject ticket-holders from the venue (festival site,
car park, camp site and all Belladrum Estate policies) without refund;
a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive or anti social behaviour will
be operated.
- Lost, stolen or incomplete tickets & wristbands - will not be replaced.
Keep your ticket and stub safe and in good condition. Treat it as if
it was cash. Please keep the main ticket and stub joined. Your ticket
stub will be exchanged for a wristband which will be fastened around
your wrist by a member of staff. Wristbands removed from wrist, tampered
with or lost will be invalid and will not be replaced.
- Glass, alcohol, illegal substances & dangerous objects: Broken
glass is dangerous - no glass may be brought into the camp site; no alcoholic
drinks, glass, cans or dangerous objects may be brought into the festival
site. Patrons’ clothing and bags may be searched at gates. If
you are in possession of illegal substances you may be arrested.
- Camping: The family camp site is reserved solely for families with
children.
- Clothing & Equipment: This is an outdoor festival. It is your responsibility
to be prepared for all weather conditions and bring appropriate clothing
and camping gear
- Fires: No fires will be permitted in the venue including camp sites
(BBQs and camping cookers will be allowed); a communal camp fire will
be lit on the nights of 9/10/11th August
- Music: No amplified music will be permitted between 11.00 PM
and 9.00 AM in the camp site
- Vehicles: No driving of vehicles will be permitted in the tented camping
zones
- Animals & fireworks: No animals or fireworks will be admitted
to the camp site or festival. Persons using fireworks will be ejected
from the event.
- Camp site curfew: Movement between the camp site and car parking areas
will be restricted between midnight and 8.00 AM on 9/10/11th August
- Filming: You consent to filming and sound recordings as members of
the audience
- Programme: Bill subject to change; see conditions on ticket.
- Personal risk & theft: You use the venue at your own risk The
promoter shall disclaim liability for death or personal injury caused
by the negligence of the promoter, its servants or agents or any person
whilst entering or leaving the venue. The promoter shall not be responsible
for death, injury, disease or loss caused to any person or to his servant
or agent at the venue. The promoter will not be held liable for
any loss, damage or theft to property including vehicles at the venue.
- The promoter will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in any information published with regard to the event. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of dispute
