TICKETS INFORMATION: BELLADRUM TARTAN HEART FESTIVAL 2018:
Please read terms and conditions at the foot of this page as your purchase of a ticket signifies your agreement to these.
The dates of the festival are Thursday 2nd – Saturday 4th August 2018. Car parks and campsites will open from 0800 on Thursday 2nd August 2018 for 3-day and 2-day ticket holders. Arenas open approx. 1200 Thursday 2nd August
- 3-day weekend tickets: include access to the Thursday night headliner on the Garden Stage, as well as the general festival arena including the welcome ceilidh in the Grassroots Tent.
- 2-day weekend tickets: DO NOT include the Thursday night headliners or programme on the Garden Stage, but do include access to the general festival arena and the ceilidh.
- Payment Plan: Is available for 3-day and 2-day weekend tickets until 31st December 2018, spreading purchase costs over 7 monthly automatic card payments. - Campervan/Caravan and VW Campervans: if you need an electric hook-up for your campervan, you will need to purchase BOTH a campervan ticket and an electric hook-up ticket.
PLEASE NOTE: All U18s must have a parent or guardian who is over 21 years old and responsible for their welfare at the festival. Each parent or guardian can accompany no more than 2 U18s. (U18s will not require a parent or guardian for access between the campsite and the arena when at the festival, but parents and guardians must be contactable at all times).

To pitch your tent in Clean Fields doesn’t cost you anything extra in cash terms. You just need the right ticket from the festival tickets page. But to camp there you need to sign up to the agreement everyone in Clean Fields keeps (and if you don’t adhere to it, we will have to ask you to move to another camping area): To leave no litter during the event and no rubbish or camping gear behind after it, and to camp quietly with consideration for your neighbours. Friendly Flush Toilets
24hr Attended Toilets – Adult and 12 Under passes.
This facility is located near the crossing point in the Green campsite and away from the arena (see map). No access from Glamping or Caravans between 0200 & 0900.

Friendly Flush Terms & Conditions:
In order to access this 24 hour facility you will need to leave the arena. Please note: there is no access form Glamping or Camper/caravan fields to Friendly Flush between 0200 & 0900 as arenas are closed.
The wristband allows access to a 24 hour attended toilet service with little or no queuing, kept spotlessly clean 24hrs a day and filled with loo roll. There will be a separate area to sit and apply make-up with mirrors as part of your toilet entry ticket. opening times are from 1600 on the Thursday through until 1300 on the Sunday. Please note – photo ID may be required for 12 and unders. Unfortunately this service is not suitable for those with mobility issues – disabled toilets are located within the disabled camp site.
Resale of Festival Tickets
Although the festival has no responsibility to help the resale of tickets, we prefer to try to help our customers when and if ticket categories are sold out and to enable disappointed buyers to acquire the tickets they want. If you can no longer join us in August, or if you are still looking for a ticket, we encourage you to make use of our official resale partners (see below).

Unwanted printed tickets should only be resold at their face value via Twickets, our approved re-seller. We strongly advise customers not to buy or sell tickets from sellers on auction or social media sites and never to part with funds unless tickets are in the hand and known to be genuine. Tickets resold anywhere other than via Twickets are sold and acquired in breach of our terms and conditions.

Blue Badge disabled campers with mobility issues only can camp and/or park in the Disabled Camping & Parking Area. Disabled persons without mobility issues should park in the appropriate area for where they want to camp.
BLUE BADGE DISABLED:
You should buy your ticket as normal via our tickets page and then apply for your free carer ticket with evidence of being a Blue Badge holder to Mary Ferguson (email: firstname.lastname@example.org). Assuming you qualify, Mary will also issue you with your Disabled Camping & Parking area passes and your Disabled Vehicle pass. She will also give you a link where you can download your Orange windscreen hanger (which does not allow access on its own).
Campervan/ caravans in the disabled camping area: You need to have tickets to this area and to have qualified for these as a blue badge holder. To get a campervan/caravan ticket for the disabled camping area and an electrical hook-up if you require one, you should apply for these through Mary. Do not buy these tickets through the normal tickets page.
NON BLUE BADGE DISABLED
You should buy your ticket in the normal way through our tickets page and select the parking pass suited to the area where you want to camp. For your free carer’s ticket, you should then apply to Mary Ferguson (email: email@example.com). with evidence of disablement (ie photocopy/scan of DLA letter front page)
Please note that if you are disabled and camping in the Glamping zone, there is disabled access to the arena but it is a longer walk than from disabled camping area.
Ticket Terms and Conditions of Purchase 2018
Your ticket is valid for one person only. You are advised to check your ticket upon receipt. Please read terms and conditions on the ticket as your purchase of a ticket signifies your agreement to these.
No tickets will be refunded unless the event is completely cancelled in which case only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. If some elements or part of the event is cancelled (e.g 1 day out of a 3-day festival), the promoter reserves the right to offer pro-rata refunds accordingly but is not obliged to. If the Festival is cancelled, the Promoter shall not be liable for any costs or expenses wasted or incurred by the ticket-holder including but not limited to: accommodation or transport costs, or any direct or indirect losses or damage of whatever kind.
Tickets are for the festival and not for one specific artist. The promoter will use their best endeavours to present the line-up as advertised, but the line-up of artists cannot be guaranteed. Should one or more artists cancel, the festival will go ahead as normal. Refunds will not be given in these circumstances. Tickets are issued subject to a licence being granted by the local authority.
Purchase of this ticket and/or its presentation at the event signifies your agreement to the following terms and conditions set by the promoter (Belladrum Estate and Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival):
Festival venue: encompasses car parks, campsites, arenas and any other areas of Belladrum Estate
Right of admission reserved: the promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to or to eject ticket-holders from the festival venue without a refund.
Aggressive or anti-social behaviour: will be met with a zero-tolerance policy and immediate ejection.
Lost, stolen or incomplete tickets: admission will not be allowed to persons without ticket and stub (joined) in the case of hard tickets, or to a person presenting a ticket that has already been scanned in the case of e-tickets, or to persons whose tickets have been lost or stolen; keep tickets safe – treat them like cash.
Lost or altered wristbands: attendance without the relevant wristband issued by the event is not allowed and will result in ejection; wristbands that have been tampered with or removed will be declared invalid and lost wristbands will not be replaced.
Glass, dangerous objects, drones, flares, Chinese lanterns, fireworks, animals, illegal substances, nitrous oxide and legal highs: none of these are permitted at the festival venue and will be confiscated; use of fireworks, flares or Chinese lanterns will result in immediate ejection; animals will be impounded at owner’s expense; patrons’ clothing and bags will be searched at gates.
Alcohol: no alcohol may be brought into the arenas from campsites; patrons’ clothing and bags will be searched at gates.
Campsite curfew and vehicles: There will be no re-entry to campsites from outside the festival or the car parks between 1200 midnight and 0800; no driving of vehicles will be permitted in the tented camp sites; no sleeping in vehicles in car parks is allowed
Campervan/Caravan tickets: holders of these must also hold valid tickets to the event to be allowed entry to the arena; entry to the campervan/caravan area will only be allowed to drivers of vehicles holding a campervan/caravan ticket (regardless of whether they also hold an electrical hook-up supplementary ticket); each campervan/ caravan ticket entitles the holder to a minimum 10 x 7m space and the ticket is valid for one campervan, or one car/caravan or factory-made trailer-tent only; a campervan must have fitted sleeping and fitted cooking or washing ; no sleeping tents may be pitched in the Campervan/Caravan area.
Clothing & equipment: this is an outdoor event; it is your responsibility to be prepared for all weather conditions and to bring appropriate clothing and camping gear.
Fires: no fires will be permitted in camp sites or car parks; use of BBQs and camping cookers will be permitted
Amplified music: will not be permitted between 2300 and 0800 in camp sites.
Filming: you consent to appearance in film and sound recordings of the event as a member of the audience
Disclaimers: you use the festival venue at your own risk; the promoter shall disclaim liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the promoter, its servants or agents or any person whilst entering or leaving the festival venue; the promoter shall disclaim liability for death, injury, disease or loss caused to any person or to his servant or agent at the festival venue; the promoter shall disclaim liability for any loss, damage or theft to property including vehicles at the festival venue; the promoter shall disclaim liability for any inaccuracies in any information published with regard to the event.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of dispute.
